				2. Global Governance - A Solution for Current Problems? Primarily, there is a lack of knowledge in global governance. We are not adequately managing the existing knowledge about global issues - whether it's environment, whether it's financial regulation, whether it's issues of poverty, the issues of transnational crime - the knowledge of these issues, the information that would be required to address them in an aggressive and efficient and effective and sustainable way is not being brought together, out of which then policy solutions should be developed. So that to me is the principle shortage right now. TOP
