Reinicke is, among other positons, a Senior Partner and Senior Economist
in the Corporate Strategy Group of the World Bank and Director of the United
Nation's Global Public Policy Project. "We are not adequately managing
the existing knowledge about global issues," Mr. Reinicke criticizes current
