Horst Wäsche Horst Wäsche is member of the Board of Management, Aventis SA, Strasbourg. He became member of the Board of Management of Hoechst AG in 1995, after serving as President of Hoechst Japan Ltd. His previous positions at Hoechst included Head of the Industrial Department and Deputy Managing Director of Hoechst Japan Ltd., as well as Managing Director of Hoechst Thai Ltd., Nigerian Hoechst and Hoechst Malaysia. Horst Waesche is a trained engineer of tropical and subtropical agriculture.
