Thomas Veser Thomas Veser is a free lance journalist working for various newspapers and journals in Germany, Austria and Switzerland. His main areas of concern are the integration of East- and Central Europe, education, student mobility and the third sector. He published various books on culture-historical topics, e.g. with the UNESCO. He studied French and History in Basel, Grenoble and Manchester, and received his education as a journalist from the newspaper Badische Zeitung, the newsagency AFP, and various French journals.
