Dr. Xinning Song Dr. Xinning Song is a Professor of International Relations at the Renmin University of China, one of the few institutions in the People's Republic that has a faculty of International Relations. He directs the University's Centre for European Studies, and he is Vice Chairman of the IR Department. He is one of China's leading authorities on Europe, and he is working with the CAP on translating 'Europa von A-Z' into Chinese, the first among many cooperative initiatives between our institutions.
