Dr. Beth Noveck Dr. Beth Noveck is a Fellow of the Yale Law School Project of Information Society. Her research interests include comparative constitutional and regulatory issues in telecom, Internet and media law with special emphasis on free speech, privacy and democratic political theory. A graduate of Harvard University and Yale Law School, she pursued graduate work at the University of Oxford and holds a doctorate from the University of Innsbruck. The author of numerous articles, Dr. Noveck is also editor of the book series Facetten der Medien. She is a member of the Telecommunications Bar Committee of the Association of the Bar of the City of New York and admitted to practice law in New York and New Jersey.
