				Mr. Justus Mische Germany. Mr. Mische is a member of the Boarsd of Trustees, Aventis Foundation, Frankfurt. After completing a commercial apprenticeship at Hoechst AG, he studied business administration and then joined the Fiber Sales Department of Hoechst AG in 1966. Mr. Mische held various positions in this division, served as the head of Personnel and Social Policy, and was appointed to the Board of Mangement in 1988.
