Dr. Günter Metz Dr. Günter Metz is Member of the Supervisory Board of Hoechst AG, and the former Deputy Chairman of Hoechst AG's Board of Management . He is also a Member of the Supervisory Boards of DSM N.V., Schenker AG, Walter Bau AG and Zürich Agrippina AG. Prof. Dr. Eckard Minx is head of the DaimlerChrysler AG's research group Society and Technology in Berlin and Palo Alto, California, as well as Vice President of DaimlerChrysler Research and Technology, North America. He is professor for the sociology of technology and teaches at both the Free University and College of Technology and Economics (FHTW) in Berlin. In addition, he co-edits the journal Organisationsentwicklung.
