Chun-ying Leung Chun-ying Leung is Convenor of the Executive Council of the Hong Kong Government and Chairman of DTZ Debenham Tie Leung Limited. At the same time, he is a Council Member of the Hong Kong Committee for UNICEF and Chairman of the Board of Directors of One Country Two Systems Research Institute Ltd. He chairs the Council of Lingan University and members the Commission on Strategic Development, the Long Term Housing Strategy Advisory Committee, and the Courts of Lingan University and Hong Kong Polytechnic University. Chun-ying Leung studied Valuation and Estate Management and is a Fellow of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors as well as the Hong Kong Institute of Surveyors.
