Prof. Dr. Jürgen Gausemeier Heinz-Nixdorf Institute, University of Paderborn, Germany Prof. Dr. Jürgen Gausemeier is director of the department of computer integrated manufacturing at the Heinz Nixdorf Institute at the University of Paderborn. He conducts research on the strategic management of industries and on the use of information technology. The Heinz Nixdorf Institute deals with information, technological and economical sciences on an interdisciplinary level. Professor Gausemeier received his Ph.D. at the Technical University of Berlin. He worked in the free market for 12 years in computer aided design (CAD) and computer aided manufacturing (CAM). |
