Mr. Jörg Frank Mr. Jörg Frank is an artist and student of Joseph Beuys. He has extended Beuys' concept of using visual and verbal forms of expression as integrated media of communication. In his recent project "Visions in Change" he deals with work in industry. Jointly with Kurt Beck, governor of Rhineland-Palatine, Mr. Frank led a series of political discussions with youngsters.
