Dr. William Drake Dr. William Drake directs the Project on the Information Revolution and World Politics at the Carnegie Endowment for International Peace. Prior to that he was Associate Director of the Communication, Culture and Technology Program at Georgetown University in Washington DC. He is now an adjunct professor in that program. He is also a Research Affiliate of the Institute for Tele-information at Columbia University, and a member of the editorial boards of several journals. He received his M.A., M.Phil., and Ph.D in political science from Columbia University.
