Mr. Jürgen Dormann  Mr.
Jürgen Dormann is the Chief Executive Officer of Hoechst
AG and Chairman of the Aventis
Foundation's Board of Trustees. Stations of his career at Hoechst
include: Head of the Corporate Staff Department (1980), Member of the
Board of Management (1986), Chief Financial Officer plus responsibility
for Information Technology (1987). Chairman of the Board of Management
of Hoechst AG (1994), and Board responsibility for Corporate Executive
Development and Corporate Communications. In addition, he is Member of
the Presidential Council of the German Chemical Industry Association (VCI)
in Frankfurt, and a Member of the Board of Directors of companies that
include IBM, ABB and Allianz AG. |
