Michel Catinat Michel Catinat is a French civil servant with the Commission of the European Union. Currently, he is Professor at the College of Europe in Brugge and Adviser to the Director General for Enterprise Policy. Notably, he has been involved in the definition and implementation of policies to support the emergence of the Information Society in Europe. He also carried out the economic analysis of the European Single Market Policy in the late 1980's. Michel Catinat is the author of numerous articles, especially about the information society and the Internet in Europe and the US.
