Mr. John Browning Mr. John Browning is now Contributing Editor for Europe at Wired Magazine, where he previously edited the UK edition. After studying history at the University of California in Berkeley, and computer science at the University of London, he worked for twelve years at the Economist, where he wrote on technology, telecommunications, management theory, energy, and the US economy. He has published widely on the implications of the information economy, and is one of the key instigators of First Tuesday, the high-tech networking group.
