Mr. Zulkifli Baharudin Mr. Zulkifli Baharudin is a nominated Member of Parliament in Singapore, Town Councillor, Chairman of the Feedback Group on Mass Media, and Vice President of Logistics (Asian-Pacific) at Circle International. In addition, he is a member of the board of the Singapore Corporation of Rehabilitative Enterprises (SCORE), the board of Governors of Temasek Polytechnik, and of the Ministry of Defense's Advisory Council on Community Relations in Defence (ACCORD).
