Mr. Franco Algieri Mr. Franco Algieri heads the Asian Department of the Center for Applied Policy Research at the Ludwig Maximilians University of Munich. He studied at the Universities of Freiburg, Taipei, and Tübingen and is one of the editors of Managing Security in Europe: The European Union and the Challenge of Enlargement.
